spiritually, emotionally, and academically, through
mentoring, discipleship, and relationship with a staff
that honors the dignity of each individual student.

Temple has been making a notable impact in the area
of Los Angeles since the early 20th century. Founded
by Aimee Semple McPherson in 1923 and now pastored
by community outreach pioneer Matthew Barnett, this
church is fulfilling McPherson’s initial vision:
to share the love of Christ in tangible ways with
